BART Cop charged with murder

Johannes Mehserle, the BART cop who murdered ( oh yeah..innocent until proven guilty) shot and killed unarmed 22 year old Oscar Grant III in Oakland on New Year's Day, has finally been charged with murder.

If you haven't seen the video of this cop shooting Oscar dead in the back, then you haven't seen what subltle racism looks like.

We have to keep an eye on this situation to make sure this fool doesn't get off on some kind of "technicality", cuz we know how the PO-lice only protect and serve each other. See the murder charge video right here!
