Porsche has placed an order for a Tesla Roadster. Rumor has it that the German automaker is much more impressed with the Tesla Roadster, Silicon Valley's first electric sports car, than it's own lithium ion-powered E-Ruf electric 911. So in order to compete they are doing what all great companies do when their engineers and business minds can't get it right; buy, copy and steal everything!
