Since then, Vivica has gone on the defensive, stating that the company “is using her unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service.”
Vivica has slammed the Psychic Friends with a cease and desist order in a bid to have all ads with her image pulled from circulation.
