Sean Combs/Diddy is facing a lawsuit from 80s glass designer, Tom Patti who claims that Diddy stole two copyrighted tabletop glass sculptures he designed in the 1980s to design his grey glass Unforgivable bottle.
Patti claims he was receiving plenty of calls when the fragrance launched from people congratulating him on the success of his “fragrance container.” I guess when he received those calls he didn’t bother do anything about it until now 3 years later and millions of dollars in profits for Diddy and parent company Estee Lauder.
